An AI-powered scanner that flattens curved book pages and extracts text with sharp, clean results.
vFlat Scan's party trick is book scanning: its AI flattens curved pages and erases your fingers from the shot, so scans of open books come out looking flat and clean. It also handles regular documents, receipts, and IDs with automatic cropping and enhancement. The OCR is strong — copy or search text from your scans in dozens of languages — and there are no watermarks on the free tier. You can export as PDF, JPG, or even Word files. At 111 MB it's on the heavier side, but the scan quality justifies it.
