Temple Run 2 took the endless runner mainstream, and it still holds up. You're an explorer who grabbed a cursed idol and now you're sprinting for your life — swipe to turn, jump, and slide through crumbling temples while demon monkeys chase you down.
The controls are pure instinct: swipe and tilt, no buttons to learn. Coins collected mid-run buy upgrades and new abilities, and power-ups like shields, boosts, and coin magnets make each run a little wilder. Different maps — misty peaks, frozen caverns, lost jungles — change the scenery and the hazards, and unlockable characters each bring their own perks. Daily and weekly challenges give you a reason to come back beyond beating your own distance.
