About this app
Overview, features and application details
A free, open-source AI upscaler that sharpens photos offline on your phone — no cloud, no credits — with background removal and B&W photo colorization too.
SuperImage is open-source, and it upscales photos with the Real-ESRGAN model running entirely on your phone's GPU.
Because nothing uploads, there's no waiting on servers and no credit counter. Upscale up to 4x, batch old albums, sharpen scans and screenshots.
It also removes backgrounds and colorizes black-and-white photos in one tap — handy for restoring old family pictures.
For anyone who wants serious upscaling without subscriptions or data worries, this is the pick. Tinkerers can even load custom AI models if they want a different enhancement style.
