Overview, features and application details
Pilot is made for planning trips with friends. Build the itinerary on a map, stash everyone's documents in one hub, and share the plan with the group.
Pilot exists for one reason: trips with friends. Instead of a group chat full of scattered screenshots, everyone works from the same shared itinerary.
The map view keeps the plan visual. You add days, stops, and stays, and the whole group can see and edit what's there — no one gets left out of the loop.
Travel documents get their own hub: passports, tickets, bookings. Nobody has to ask "can you resend the hotel thing?" at the airport anymore.
If your crew always travels together, Pilot is built for you.
