A tiny open-source launcher (about a megabyte) that replaces the app grid with a single search bar — launch apps, contacts and calculations by typing.
KISS Launcher is famously tiny — about a megabyte — and replaces your whole home screen with a single search bar. Type a few letters to launch apps, call contacts, or run quick calculations.
It's open source, free, ad-free and actively maintained. The learning curve is about ten seconds; after that you may never swipe through an app drawer again.
