DMCA takedown policy

APK01 respects the intellectual property rights of developers and creators. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, you may request its removal by sending a notice to contact@apk01.online with the following:

  1. The URL of the page on APK01 you want removed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work (e.g., your app name and package name).
  3. Your full name, and your relationship to the work (developer, publisher, authorized agent).
  4. Proof of ownership — a link to your official store listing or developer account.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury.

What happens next

Valid requests are actioned within 48 hours. We will remove or disable access to the reported listing and notify you once done. Repeat or clearly invalid claims may be ignored.

Counter-notices

If your listing was removed and you believe the takedown was a mistake, reply to our confirmation email with an explanation and supporting evidence. We review counter-notices within 5 business days.
