Dicey Dungeons is what happens when a deckbuilder rolls the dice — literally. From Terry Cavanagh, the mind behind VVVVVV and Super Hexagon, this roguelike has you fighting through a gameshow dungeon where every hero's abilities run on dice.
Each of the six heroes plays completely differently because each uses dice in a unique way. The Warrior turns dice into brute-force attacks, the Thief steals and duplicates them, the Witch cooks up spell combos, and the others get weirder from there. Learning a new hero feels like learning a new game.
Runs are snappy: pick a hero, draft equipment cards, and battle through floors of monsters until you face Lady Luck herself. Death just means a new run with new dice luck.
It's a premium game with no tricks — pay once, play forever. The mix of dice randomness and deck strategy keeps every run tense, and the charming presentation hides some genuinely deep decision-making.
